Inspection Guarantee: Every item is inspected for structural integrity, plating quality, and craftsmanship before dispatch.
Arrival Guarantee: We guarantee that your product will arrive free of manufacturing defects and transit damage. If an issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery (with a mandatory unboxing video), we will provide an immediate replacement or refund as per our Return Policy.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our collections:
Natural grain, knot patterns, and slight color variations in Wood are inherent features of natural materials.
Minor nuances in the etching, embossing, and antique detailing of Brass and German Silver are hallmarks of traditional craftsmanship and are not considered manufacturing faults.
